Programs Chamber Leadership Development Program

The Chamber Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is exclusively sponsored by Wells Fargo and the Chamber Leadership Alliance (CLA), which is an alliance of USPAACC, NGLCC, USHCC and USBC. CLDP offers chamber leaders and Board of Directors a free, two-day, world-class learning experience to develop business and managerial skills across a wide range of topics.

Since 2010, over 700 chamber leaders from across the country have participated in the program, returning to their communities to foster the growth and prosperity of small businesses.

The Chamber Leadership Alliance (CLA) is a coalition formed by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), US Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC), US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), and the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) to produce and deliver a best-in-class intersectional Chamber Leadership Development Program, funded by top small business lender Wells Fargo.

USPAACC as part of CLA has previously offered the Chamber Training Institute program from 2015 to 2017. The Chamber Training Institute since 2010, over 700 chamber leaders from across the country have participated in the program, returning to their communities to foster the growth and prosperity of small businesses.
