USPAACC strongly believes in investing in our future leaders. Since 1989, over two million dollars in scholarship benefits have been awarded through USPAACC.
Major corporations have established their hallmark scholarships with USPAACC, and Asian American businesses have stepped forward to endow their own named scholarships. Today, approximately 15–20 scholarships ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 each are awarded every year to high school seniors nationwide for their post-secondary education. Over 3,000 applications are received annually.
The US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN #52-164-1440), which makes all donations to us tax-deductible.

Applications for the 2027 scholarships open on November 30, 2026. Everything is submitted through one online application, and every item below is required.

Awards
Paid directly to the recipient’s college for the fall semester
$3,000–$5,000
Who can apply
- High school seniors
- U.S. citizens or permanent residents
- Starting full-time study at an accredited U.S. college or university in fall 2027
- GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Involved in extracurricular leadership and community service
- Demonstrated financial need
What you’ll need
- A 2″ × 2″ color photo of yourself (no scans)
- Two essays, chosen from the questions in the application
- Your high school transcript (official if your school provides one)
- Your household’s most recent signed tax return, with Social Security numbers blacked out
- Two signed recommendation letters on letterhead: one from your high school and one from a community service organization
- Your proposed major and estimated college costs
