For seven years, USPAACC & Wells Fargo held a very successful Asian Business Leadership Awards program (ABLA) that proudly celebrated the success of the Asian business community and the entrepreneurial spirit that drives robust growth and success in the marketplace.
Each year in May, during CelebrAsian Business Opportunity Conference and in celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, the USPAACC/Wells Fargo ABLA recognized three winners that had been selected from a nationwide pool of applicants and evaluated based on their business vision, success and community contributions. Each winner received national recognition, a $5,000 cash grant and trophy.
This award not only focused on the accomplishments of our winners, but it also highlighted the essence of what entrepreneurs could accomplish as productive and innovative members of our community. The winners have the business model that works. More important, they have the spirit of responsibility to be leaders in their community.
Over the years, ABLA put a spotlight on twenty three (23) Asian American-owned businesses across industries for their innovative business idea, leadership role and community involvement.
