The PGA WORKS Fellowship is one of the flagship programs of PGA REACH, the 501(c)(3) charitable foundation of the PGA of America. The Fellowship aspires to be the most valuable entry-level employment opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to garner experience in various facets of the golf industry.
The program is intentionally focused on engaging a diverse demographic of participants with consideration to gender, age, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, and veteran status.
The Fellowship
- A twelve-month paid position funded by PGA REACH
- Fellows work in one of 41 PGA Section offices located around the country
- Each Fellowship differs with the needs of the host Section, with a common focus on foundation programming consistent with the mission of PGA REACH and the host Section’s Foundation
Eligibility & Application
- Apply directly through the host PGA Section
- Graduates of any undergraduate or graduate degree program within the last 12 months
- Passionate about diversity and inclusion in the game and business of golf
- Willing to consider a career in the golf industry
- Not eligible: current undergraduates; PGA Professionals; PGA of America HQ and PGA Section employees and their relatives
