USPAACC National President and CEO Susan Au Allen Named Among Top 25 Change Leaders by DiversityPlus Magazine

Washington, DC – Susan Au Allen, the National President and CEO of US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC), has been named by DiversityPlus Magazine as one of the Top Change Leaders of 2024.

According to a statement released by the publication, the annual Top 25 Diversity Change Leaders roster recognizes “exceptional leaders who have made significant contributions to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their organizations and communities.”

“I am honored and humbled by this recognition – proof-positive that we are making lasting impact among our stakeholders,” said Allen. “For 39 years, USPAACC has consistently opened doors to opportunities for Pan Asian American businesses and their partners in corporate America, government agencies, large nonprofits, and the small, diverse and underserved communities. Through our innovative and signature business development programs, we continue to provide our diverse members a platform for inclusion, equal opportunity, fairness and mutual respect, as well as the tools and resources they need to effectively compete and thrive in the mainstream.”

The Top 25 Diversity Change Leaders were selected after evaluating hundreds of nominees based on their “commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, implementing innovative SDEI strategies, and driving measurable change,” according to DiversityPlus Magazine.
