US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) has partnered with Google to launch a free-training platform- 'Grow with Google' to help small, minority, and diverse businesses learn the digital analytical skills to grow their online sales and consumer base. The next live training session- Launch Your Business with Customer-Focused Marketing will be held on August 26 and September 1. The pandemic has affected small businesses and especially had a steep impact on Asian Americans than any other demographic. According to a study by JP Morgan & Chase, the revenue for the typical Asian-owned business in March 2020 was over 60 percent lower than in March 2019. The health emergency, financial crisis, and trouble accessing government aid have all contributed to the struggle of small business owners. Adding to the challenges, eighty percent (80%) of the U.S. small businesses do not take advantage of digital tools. Small business owners need tools and resources to help them make decisions and develop robust contingency plans.
