Diverse Suppliers to Connect with Buyers from Fortune Corporations, Governments, and Large Nonprofits

PepsiCo Chairman & CEO Indra K. Nooyi, Conference Chair of CelebrAsian Procurement & Business Conference, will be among the top Fortune corporations looking to buy from hundreds of Pan Asian American suppliers on May 31, 2018 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Now in its 33rd year, CelebrAsian provides diverse suppliers prime access to a wide array of procurement opportunities as they showcase their innovative products and services, one-on-one, to serious buyers and decision-makers from Fortune 1000 corporations, governments, and large nonprofits.

At the national B2B event, prospective supply chain partners from across industries will sit on either side of the table, facing each other, and will talk business during the prescheduled One-on-One Business Matchmaking Meetings. Last year, more than 500 matchmaking meetings took place with various commodities planned for purchase.

To complement the business matchmaking meetings, CelebrAsian will hold a full-day Guanxi* Business Fair, where participants will present and demonstrate their latest product or service offerings. A soft launch of the Fair will begin on May 30. *Guanxi (pronounced gwan-shee) means “connections” or “relationship.”

CelebrAsian is the flagship conference of the USPAACC (US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation) and will run from May 29 to June 1, 2018. The Conference theme, “Smart World: Business – Talents – Technology,” speaks to the exciting procurement and business opportunities created by innovative technology.

Leading the roster of corporate co-chairs is PepsiCo, whose continued partnership with USPAACC helps to advance growth among Pan Asian American and diverse businesses.

Strong support from the financial industry – Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo – and automotive company Nissan – show the value and ROI they place in their commitment to USPAACC.

Similarly, co-chairing the Conference are established Pan Asian American businesses – Ampcus, Indotronix Avani, and Pyramid Consulting – who appreciate what USPAACC does for the Pan Asian American business community nationwide.

As the country’s largest and most established B2B conference convened by Pan Asian Americans, CelebrAsian is the nation’s premier venue for procurement and other business opportunities, innovation and job growth for the more than 2 million Pan Asian American-owned businesses nationwide. Their annual revenue surpass $700 billion and continue to grow.
