The US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) announced the 2023 launch of its Business Express Program, an innovative business coaching program specifically created to help underserved small Pan-Asian American businesses reach the next level of growth.
USPAACC's Business Express Program took place on October 10, 2023, as an ambitious hybrid learning experience with eight physical locations and virtual attendees across the country. The 10-session program over a five-month period features two exciting tracks to choose from: Track 1, a learning platform to improve business knowledge, explore effective business setups, and create a solid business plan for growth, and Track 2, a learning platform to unlock new procurement avenues, refine 1-on-1 pitches and supercharge small business networking.
Business owners who complete Track 1 can join the business plan competition at the end of the workshop series and win award funding of $5,000 for their business. The Track 1 Trainer was Tim Fulton, President of Small Business Matters, and the Track 2 Trainer was Jackie LaJoie, Retired Supplier Development Manager for telecom, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries.
USPAACC's Business Express Program is powered by the U.S. Small Business Administration and sponsored by Wells Fargo. The physical locations were hosted by USPAACC's regional chapters and partner organizations in California, Illinois, New York, Texas, and Georgia. The program was inaugurated in 2011 by Wells Fargo and has since helped hundreds of businesses grow and thrive.
