Participants at the C-Suite Executive Academy – CEO-level business owners – learned how to improve their leadership and management skills, as well as their soft skills (effective communication, teamwork, problem solving, etc.), during CelebrAsian Procurement & Business Conference held in Bethesda, Maryland.
The C-Suite Executive Academy is the latest program developed by USPAACC to embellish Pan Asian American business skills. It examines the concept and practice of leadership from an individual perspective, with special attention on how a leader’s behavior is interpreted by and impacts others.
James R. Bailey, Professor and Hochberg Fellow of Leadership Development at the George Washington University School of Business, was the speaker. A peer-to-peer networking session followed with Professor Bailey participating.
