USPAACC and Google to provide Free Marketing Analytics training to help Small Businesses scale up

Online PR News - 05-August-2021 - US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) has partnered with Google to launch a free-training platform- 'Grow with Google' to help small, minority, and diverse businesses learn the digital analytical skills to grow their online sales and consumer base. The next live training session- Launch Your Business with Customer-Focused Marketing will be held on August 26 and September 1. Interested small business owners can register for these sessions here. The pandemic has affected small businesses and especially had a steep impact on Asian Americans than any other demographic. According to a study by JP Morgan & Chase, the revenue for the typical Asian-owned business in March 2020 was over 60 percent lower than in March 2019. The health emergency, financial crisis, and trouble accessing government aid have all contributed to the struggle of small business owners. Adding to the challenges, eighty percent (80%) of the U.S. small businesses do not take advantage of digital tools. Small business owners need tools and resources to help them make decisions and develop robust contingency plans.

Grow with Google is a unique learning platform that will equip small businesses to optimally utilize their resources and effectively segment, engage, and connect with their customers digitally. Speaking about the initiative, USPAACC National President & CEO Susan Au Allen said, "USPAACC is proud to partner with Google to launch Grow with Google. This free program will help Pan Asian American businesses excel digitally, increase traffic to their website, and expand their opportunities. Our community has an abundance of education, entrepreneurial mindset, and drive to succeed. Grow with Google will further enhance their capacity to thrive".

The first session of the Grow with Google ongoing training series went live on July 29, 2021. The participants showed enthusiasm in learning the nuances of consumer behavior and digital tools to improve their online sales. This course assists businesses in making strategic decisions by outlining their goals, choosing the right tools, analyzing consumer behavior, and measuring results and effectiveness for their marketing campaigns. It provides insights into Google resources like demographic information, popular content, and effective channels relevant to the business needs. This program is also convenient for busy entrepreneurs as they get quick, easy lessons on their mobile devices and can learn on the go. Through these free e-learning courses and Google product certification, USPAACC and Google aim to help the small business community to take their business to greater heights and strengthen the socio-economic status of the nation.
