2020 has proved to be the most challenging year for small businesses. About 58% of small-business owners say they’re worried about permanently closing, according to a July U.S. Chamber of Commerce survey. In this difficult economic climate, small business owners strive to be creative, resourceful, and nimble to secure their customers and provide support to their employees.
