Damon Dishman, a 20-year veteran of the company, is senior vice president and Small Business Leader for small business for the Pacific region, spanning from Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and the Bay Area, up through Oregon.

Within this region, Dishman is responsible for the small business strategy which supports employees and the overall customer experience for small business in hundreds of branches.

Dishman began his career with Wells Fargo in 2001 as a personal banker in Oregon. Prior to assuming his current position, he served in various roles such as Service Manager, Branch Manager, District Manager, and most recently, as Area President in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he led a team of 400 team members.

Damon is passionate about the community and has spent a great deal of time investing in K-12 education, small business innovation and start-up, and various diversity, equity & inclusion organizations and Team Member Networks.

Damon graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Outside of work you will find Damon in the outdoors, on trails with his wife Meaghan and his twins, Elliott & Adeline.
