Helena Almeida is Vice President-Managing Counsel at ADP. She provides legal advice on a variety of issues related to ADP’s HR and Benefits products and services, including workforce diversity, pay equity and transparency, artificial intelligence and accessibility. Helena graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the New York University School of Law. Helena is an executive board member for Practicing Attorneys for Law Students, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to mentoring and training law students of color in the New York area. She is currently the Chair of Adelante, a business resource group for ADP’s Hispanic and Latinx employees worldwide. In 2021, Helena was named a Diverse Attorney of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal and, in 2022, she was included in Diversity Woman Magazine’s Power 100 list.
