This week, Meta Prosper was launched to drive visibility around the breadth of our community's voices to build social equity, influence and economic opportunity. Prosper is Meta's commitment to the Pan-Asian, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. What started as an idea grew into a movement– fueled by the intent of giving voice to the array of unique stories. We are here to create a place where our community has the space and the power of self determination.
AAPI-owned businesses are the heart and soul of our communities - and right now, the fight for survival continues to be the reality for far too many. Prosper aims to unlock economic opportunity and enable these businesses to achieve success. Prosper's new website and social channels will provide training, resources, and a spotlight on AAPI-owned small businesses.
Small businesses will also be able to receive trainings with Gold House, as a continuation of our long-standing partnership to grow and celebrate AAPI voices and brands through education, access, and amplification.
