Ming Chen is the President of the USPAACC Northeast Chapter and CEO of MSL Global Express, a freight forwarding company founded in 1988. After working her way up from the ground level in the logistics industry, Ming proudly took over the family business in 2023. Under her leadership, the company continues to provide reliable, transparent, and customer-first shipping solutions for manufacturers and global supply chains.

As a regional leader within USPAACC, Ming is dedicated to building a vibrant community of diverse entrepreneurs, helping to create opportunities for small businesses to grow, connect, and thrive. She leads with warmth, integrity, and a deep belief in lifting others as she climbs.

In addition to her work with USPAACC, Ming is also a member of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and Women in International Marketing (WIM), where she stays connected with fellow women leaders and shares best practices across industries.

Her journey from the ground up is a testament to her resilience, work ethic, and vision — and she brings that same spirit to every entrepreneur and partner she supports.
