Ming Chen is the President of the USPAACC Northeast Chapter and CEO of MSL Global Express, a freight forwarding company founded in 1988. After working her way up from the ground level in the logistics industry, Ming proudly took over the family business in 2023. Under her leadership, the company continues to provide reliable, transparent, and customer-first shipping solutions for manufacturers and global supply chains.

Maitjian founded CMIT Solutions Silicon Valley with her husband/business partner Todd Welke specializing in IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT Consulting & CIO/CISO. They have been successfully servicing companies in Silicon Valley Bay Area for 15 years. Being in such a competitive business, they are very proud of their high client retention rate, and contributing that to her dedicated and long-term employees.

Mallik Medarametla is the Founder & CEO of SAMPRASOFT, a company specializing in GenAI, Data Engineering, and Analytics. He currently serves as the President of the USPAACC Southeast Chapter. With over 24 years of experience as a senior-level technologist and architect, Malik has demonstrated expertise in cloud computing, mobile strategy, e-commerce, analytics, and integration architecture.

Grace McDermott is President of USPAACC Southwest Region, based in Dallas, Texas. Grace is an advocate, role model, and mentor for women and Asian Americans in Dallas business and the larger community. She has best served Asian American communities through various leadership roles and by giving them a voice and presence on mainstream boards and community associations.
