In 1984, Susan founded the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Education Foundation (USPAACC) with a group of business and civic leaders in Washington, DC and California, to bring the diverse Pan Asian American business and professional people together as one unified voice in business, commerce and trade. In 2001, she won two Federal cases for her clients, took a sabbatical leave from her law practice, volunteered for USPAACC as its National President & CEO, and took USPAACC to a new level. She did not return to practice law and remained full time National President & CEO.

Clyde Wong
President, Western Region

Clyde Wong is the founder, President, and CEO of CE2 Corporation. CE2 provides a broad range of mission support services, including environmental, project, and program, management, as well as logistics, sustainability, procurement, administrative, and integrated business solutions. CE2 is known for delivering innovative, value-added solutions, and developing long-term partnerships with its clients. CE2 is a protégé to Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory under the Department of Energy’s Mentor Protégé program. It has received numerous awards, including the SBA Administrator’s Award for Excellence. Mr. Wong is also the Vice President of the Northern California 8(a) Association, and has served on the Small Business Advisory committee to the Department of Energy, Office of Small and Disadvantage Business Utilization.

Kirby Wu, AIA, LEED AP
President, Northeast Region

A licensed architect in numerous states with over 20 years of building industry experience, Kirby Wu brings a unique blend of design and construction knowledge to the Wu & Associates design-build practice.

After graduating with honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and Industrial Management, Kirby worked as a Project Architect for a prominent design firm prior to joining Wu & Associates in 1996. He advanced to Vice President after obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University, and became President in 2010. Through Kirby’s leadership, Wu & Associates has grown its design and construction portfolio to provide services nationally, and to specialize in the areas of LEED sustainability and historic preservation.

Neera Bahl
President, Southeast Region

Neera Bahl started her Legal career in January 2005, when she joined a small law firm as an associate in 2005. Thereafter in 2007, she became a name partner in the same firm. In April 2009, she founded Neera Bahl & Associates for her independent practice of Immigration law. Earlier, Ms. Bahl interned at the Carter Center, Atlanta (Human Rights Division); worked as a Constituent Representative for U.S. Rep. Denise Majette (GA Dem. ‘04-‘05), focusing on immigration issues; and served as law clerk for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Honorable Gail S. Tusan.

Grace McDermott is President of USPAACC Southwest Region, based in Dallas, Texas. Grace is an advocate, role model, and mentor for women and Asian Americans in Dallas business and the larger community. She has best served Asian American communities through various leadership roles and by giving them a voice and presence on mainstream boards and community associations.
