Sean is currently the Democratic Staff Director for the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the Committee in December 2016, Sean worked for Senator Barbara Boxer for nearly 20 years as a policy advisor, Legislative Director, and finally as her Chief of Staff. Sean began his Senate career in 1995 with Senator Joe Biden after graduating from the University of Delaware.
